Do not shop here

I used to have great experiences here but the quality of the clothes have gone downhill. Additionally I placed an order almost a month ago and it still hasn't arrived, working with support on a solution but am not hopeful.

I thought over half of my order was missing!

When my order was delivered, I hadn't received over half of my items. I was worried because it looked like my transaction had been completed. I went to Missguided's live help chat, and they got back to me within seconds! They told me that I had two more parcels coming and that my order had been broken up into three bags. She sent me the tracking numbers for the remaining two packages. This whole conversation was done in just a few minutes! So glad I reached out - it was very quick and easy!

Incorrect information

As a small plus size women I purchased the swimsuit on the 27th of April, paid for fast shipping, and it didn't come on time. After finally receiving the package, it was only just the bottom piece of the swimsuit, online they are advertising the whole swimsuit. This is false advertisement. So my daughter and I went back to purchased it said I had purchased the bottom piece of the swimsuit.

I'm not sure if this is only for plus or not, but please be aware of what you ordered or you will get scammed. I will never shop here again. I paid more for the fast shipping then the order itself.

Missguided charges customers for out of stock items

I ordered from Missguided US on 3/29 and received my package on 4/10. I originally ordered a belt and noticed it wasn't in my package. I went to the website and the "live chat" bot provided me a link to submit a missing item claim. When I filled out the claim, the response I received stated the belt was out of stock, so Missguided didn't send it to me, but I was still charged for it. If I hadn't filed a missing item claim, they would not have refunded me for the belt. I am appalled that Missguided attempts to scam their customers until the customer reaches out to them. If an item is out of stock and cannot be delivered just refund me without making me fill out a claims form. Also all the items sucked and the quality is not worth it before the prices so I sent back everything but one dress.

Shipping Mixup

Misguided sent me the incorrect item in my package. Not only did I get to keep the item they incorrectly shipped, they sent me the correct item for free at the fastest shipping rate no questions asked! Great customer service.

Satisfied and excited to wear :)

While I am Canadian so I did have to pay a hefty exchange and shipping, my items came within a week and are all in great shape and are exactly what I ordered. No items look cheap or slightly off. I will state that I did go a size up to be safe and am thankful. I am normally a size 10 but went for most of my items as a size 12. They have great deals but just be aware of the exchange rate. I'm fully satisfied!

BE LEERY

I have ordered from MISSGUIDED multiple times and just had a very alarming experience. I ordered 15 items and when my anxiously awaited items arrived, I only had 13 in the non-damaged packaging, one of which was a dress I specifically ordered for my friend's wedding. I found an old email to start a chat with customer service and was given a Missing Goods form to fill out. I submitted this last night and woke up to an email letting me know they have investigated my order and there will be no replacement or refund as to them, all went well as far as they were concerned. This immediately seemed unprofessional on their part. I shopped with this company proudly multiple times! I immediately started another chat (they do not give their phone #, email, etc. for customer issues. I had to dig in old emails to find contact information) and expressed that this seemed like a scam and I absolutely refuse to pay for goods I did not receive. I started the convo more polite but did start getting upset as it progressed and could see the company was not handling this honestly. My representative the 2nd time around took note of my deeper concern and investigated further, to which she found the 2 specific items that did not show up in my bag as OUT OF STOCK. I am absolutely shocked that without a fight, they would have just said "Oh, no, you're wrong and you will pay for items you did not receive." Very disheartening and I wanted to share this experience with others!
